Description of Extrusion Parts:
Extrusion parts are the CNC machining parts that are widely used by our global customers. We can provide the extrusion parts according to the requirement of our customers.

Introduction of Extrusion
Extrusion is the process by which long straight metal parts can be produced. The cross-sections can be produced from solid round, rectangular, to L shapes, T shapes, tubes and many other different types. Extrusion is done by squeezing metal in a closed cavity through a tool, known as a die using either a mechanical or hydraulic press.

Process of Extrusion:
Cold Extrusion: Cold extrusion is done at room temperature or near room temperature. This process can be used for most materials-subject to designing robust enough tooling that can withstand the stresses created by extrusion.

Advantages of Cold Extrusion:
1. Being the lack of oxidation
2. Good mechanical properties due to severe cold working as long as the temperatures created are below the re-crystallization temperature.
3. Good surface finish with the use of proper lubricants.

Hot Extrusion: Hot extrusion is done at elevated high temperature, approximately 50 to 75 % of the melting point of the metal. Pressures range from 35-700 MPa (5076 - 101,525 psi). Due to the high temperatures and pressures, its detrimental effect on the die life as well as other components, good lubrication is necessary. Oil or graphite works at lower temperatures, whereas glass powder is used for high temperature extrusion.

Application of Extrusion Parts:
Extrusion parts produced by extrusions are widely used in automotive and construction applications, window frame members, railings, aircraft structural parts.

As a leading manufacturer and supplier of CNC machining parts in China, we are sure you can find your desired CNC milling parts, casting parts, sheet metal, hardware and other CNC machining parts in Huachao.

  • CNC Lathe WareDescription of CNC Lathe Ware
Well-known for the ease of setting and operation, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) lathe is rapidly replacing the older production lathes. Compared with the ordinary processing technique, CNC lathe processing has many advantages. Fully utilizing modern processes, CNC lathe can perform the processing automatically via the program, which can machine the qualified CNC lathe ware precisely and reduce worker's labor intensity.
