Types of Bearing
Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing: The outer ring of this bearing is a precision stamping of sheet steel. With a small radial thickness and large load capacity, it is suitable for mass production, which is very economical. Interference fit between outer ring and bearing box is adopted, so axial fixture is not needed. Even in the conditions of high speed, high load, it also can ensure its effective performance.
Entity Bushed Needle Roller Bearings: With the features of small size and large bearing capacity, this bearing can meet the requirements of light weight, small space and large transmission power.
Tapered Roller Bearing: This bearing is mainly suitable for bearing combined load of radical load and axial load, but mainly is radial load. But for the tapered roller bearing with large cone angle, the axial load is the main load.
Cylindrical Roller Bearing: This bearing is composed of two guide ribs, retainer, roller and guide rings. Such bearing can be easily installed, uninstalled.
Deep Groove Ball Bearing: This bearing is applicable to high or even a very rotate speed. Compared with other types of bearings with the same size, this bearing delivers no maintenance, minimal friction and maximum speed.
Angular Contact Ball Bearing: With a high limiting speed, this bearing can bear radial load and axial load at the same time. Determined by the contact angle, its axial load capacity can increase along with the increase of the contact angle.
Thrust Ball Bearing: Known as release thrust bearing, this ball bearing can be installed and uninstalled in the crankshaft and bearing sAddle hole conveniently. It can be divided into single-direction and double-direction thrust ball bearing according to the different structure.
Outer Spherical Bearing: This bearing has the advantages of compact structure, perfect seal, easy installation and uninstallation and large automatic adjustment scope etc. It not only improves the machine performance, but also reduces cost. Therefore, the outer spherical bearing is widely used in agricultural machinery, textile machinery, food processing machinery and conveyor systems etc.
