Description of CNC Milling Parts
CNC milling parts are important products of our CNC machining parts. With the advantages of high quality and reasonable price, our CNC milling parts are very popular among our global customers. So please let us know when you need any CNC milling part.

The Processing Arrangement of CNC Milling Parts
After determining the content of a processing procedure, it is necessary to make a detailed processing procedure plan, that is to arrange the processing order of the content and consider the tool trajectory design when programming. One job step is usually programmed to be one processing procedure. The step sequence actually is the implementation order of processing procedures.

Generally, CNC milling concentrates the working procedures (CNC milling adopts concentrated procedures to process CNC milling parts). At this time, job step can be conducted according to general order arrangement of cutting. According to the processing principle, we machine CNC milling parts from the simple procedure to the complex. When arrange the order of CNC milling processing procedures, the following questions should be paid attention to:
(1) The positioning and clamping of next procedures should not be influenced by the former processing procedure. The interspersed universal machining processes should also have been considered.
(2) First process cavity, then process Profile
(3) The process with same positioning, clamping or the same cutting tool should be carried out continuously to reduce the times of repeated positioning.
(4) If there are several processing procedures in one installation, we should first arrange the processing procedure which has less destruction to the rigidity of workpiece.

Process Analysis of the CNC Milling Part Drawing
There are some technical problems we frequently encountered in CNC milling. We can analyze and consider the main points of CNC milling part drawing from them.

(1) Whether the marking method of the drawing size is convenient to program, geometric elements of contour are sufficient, the relationship between geometric elements (such as tangent, vertical and horizontal, etc.) is clear and so on.
(2) Whether the machining accuracy, size and tolerance of the CNC milling parts can be guaranteed.
(3) Whether the inner circular arc between the inner trough and edge plate is too small.
(4) Whether the radius r between trough bottom's angle or web and marginal plate is too big.
(5) Whether the concave arc of processing surface in the CNC milling part drawing is too messy, if it is, whether it can be unified.
(6) Whether there is unified benchmark for CNC milling parts to ensure the relative correctness of the position after two times' clamping processing.
(7)Analyze the shape of CNC milling parts and the heat treatment of raw materials to know whether it will be deformed during processing, and which are the most vulnerable parts of the deformation.

As a professional CNC machining parts manufacturer in China,Huachao can provide various kinds of CNC milling parts, casting parts, sheet metal, fasteners and other CNC machining parts for global users.
